El Grado has some points of tourist interest. One of them is the Church of San Miguel, which dates from the 16th century and has a Gothic-Renaissance style. Another tourist attraction is the El Grado dam, which offers spectacular views and is ideal for water sports.
As for wine, El Grado is part of the Somontano designation of origin, which means that excellent quality wines can be found in the area. Some of the grape varieties grown in the area are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo, Garnacha and Syrah.
